    Dave and the three Donkeys

Once upon a time there were three Donkeys. Their names were Winkin, Blikin and Nod.
Winkin said: "Someone has been posting in my thread"
Blinkin said: "someone has been posting in my thread too !"
Nod said: "Santa can I guide your sleigh tonight?"

So Winkin and Blinkin renamed Nod "The Brown nosed Donkey"
After Nod was renamed the Brown Nosed Donkey, he decided to come out of the closet.
First thing he did was try and blow Little Red Ridinghood down !
Well the Big Bad Wolf got wind of this and chased Nod aka The Brown Nosed Donkey off to the Old Lady that lived in the shoe.
The Old Lady that lived in the shoe had stinky feet. So Nod the Brown Nosed Donkey ran off to market going wee, wee, wee.

While Nod the Brown Nosed Donkey was in the market, he met up with a record producer and produced a hit single :
"Mama don't let your babies grow up to be Donkeys
don't let 'em ride them 'ol bikes, and not say much
teach them to be Lawyers and Musicians and such.

Mama don't let your babies grow up to be Donkeys
They'll never stay home and they are always alone
    even with someone they love

Donkeys ain't easy to love and they are harder to hold
and they would rather give you a song, than diamonds and gold
Stuffed little Donkeys with DOD shirts to hold

and each night begins a new day
if you don't understand Donkey and he don't die young
    he'll probably just ride away"

Winkin and Blinkin entered the Donkey protection program and lived happily ever after.

Hope you enjoyed tonights culture, brought to you by the Donkey thread.

Hey ! If you are healthy and riding you are one up on me ! I got the healthy part down though so I can't complain. That sounds cool, a family science night. I'm sure the parents and the teachers just love that. That is cool to get the whole family involved though. Glad your doing good. Hey, I might be riding to New Mexico, how far away from you is that...................... LOL !

No....700 miles is a pretty good ride. Lol. It would be fun though. It's funny, I'll tell myself I'm just going to take my time getting somewhere. Then I hit the highway and I can't stop till I get there. Well....unless I ride into a monsoon. I'm trying to figure out a way to make it out west this year !

It seems like this entire forum has slowed down. "Main Lobby...last post nine hours ago" WTF ? This place used to be a lot busier than that............sure seems like it was anyway.

Yeah, it was busier, but it will pick up. As soon as people start getting excited about the snow melt and chance to ride again(or start riding)

Last season, I probably put my bike away sometime in early november. I didn't get out again until February. This year, I had my bike out into July. Its weird not having to wait very long to start riding. Almost feels wrong that I dont have to wait much longer to get out on the roads again, but with college starting this fall for me, I may have to sell my bike....im really hoping not to, but who knows.

Hope you don't have to sell your bike. If you do there will be another one down the road.
