Default I'm home! YAY!!!

I got home from Cleveland about an hour ago. I'm exhausted and happier to be home than I can tell you. Last week was the longest week of my life. I hated to leave my parents there, on their own, especially my dad who keeps getting lost in that gigantic hospital. But mom should get her pacemaker on Tuesday or Wednesday, and they'll be able to come home the following day. She's feeling pretty now. The antibiotics are really killing the staph infection. She's anxious to get out of there, too.

I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for some warm weather this week so I can get out for a ride.

Welcome home, Julie!

I'm glad your home and can relax. The saying, There's no place like home is so true, isn't it?

With some good luck you'll get to ride and clear your mind. You need a breather.

Good to hear that you are home. Sounds like your Mom is doing much better. I take it that the hip is OK?

Thanks, everyone.

Boy, I slept like a real lump last night. There's nothing like your own bed, especially compared to a hide-a-bed. I think I felt every spring and bar in that thing!

It's good to be home and back on the board more often. Now I have to start working to catch up with Deron and Cary!

No, that's to catch up with the two Daves and Cary! That's an impossible goal, for sure. I think I can catch Deron and Carlo, though, if I work really hard. And they go on vacation for a week or something.
