Post Chosen oNez Motorcycle Club

Hey everyone. I know I have already put out a post about my club me and my buddy have started up but I wasnt getting much response to people wanting to join so I have decided to put a post in this section to for the people who havnt seen my other post in the main loby.

So far what me and my buddy have done is started up a club to make it so that there is always someone to ride with. Our goal is to make a club where all you have to do is pick up a phone or send an e-mail and you can find someone to go out riding with, cuz we all know it is more fun to be out riding with someone then to have to go out alone. Also pretend that you are going somewhere your not too sure of where the good roads are then all you do is contact someone who lives in that town/city and they can show you new and fun roads.

This clubs is for anyone who wants to join no matter what you ride or where your from. Ofcourse we will have meetings for the people who live close a few times a week and have regular ride we go out on during the week and on weekends. For the long distance members we will have one anual ride where we try to get everyone in the club to go out on so you can meet new members and old members that you havnt seen for awhile.

We have a logo were still working on getting a good copy drawn of but it wont be manditory to wear it. The logo can go on your helmet, bike, or on your coat. Also I want to get some T-shirts made and maybe some sweaters. Were going to be a non profit club all that it will cost you is the price of what you what. Example if you want a sticker for you bike and a T-shirt then we will get it for you and you just pay the price that we payed for it.

I love checking out new roads so any new members that join if you cant come to the meetings I will make the trip to come meet you and give you information that you require......as long as you show me some good roads where you live.

I hope I didnt miss anything you can also check out my other post in the main loby titled: Attention Ontario Riders.

Any questions or if your interested in joining or want some more inforemation you can write me back in here or contact me, YT at g_host420@hotmail.com

I hope to hear from you and also to be out riding with you all this summer.

Thank you,
YT

Clubs are a great way to meet like-minded people. Good luck with putting it all together. We have a couple of groups of young, sports-bike people here in the area and they get a good showing on their Saturday and Sunday rides.

Do yourself a favor and do not call it a "Motorcycle Club".... it is a "Riding Club"
Also, when you design your back patch, do not include a "territory", and do not make it a 2-piece or 3-piece patch.

There MAY be other issues with the actual design or colors used on the patch... I would urge you to get in contact with your local Confederation of Clubs to "clear" the design of your patch.

This is for your safety... there are those who would be more than happy to give you a not-so-friendly "education" if you show up at the wrong bar or a bike rally with a patch that is considered disrespectful to one of the local dominant clubs.

i would strongly aggre with rich.....you might consider his suggestion
that term "club" could cause some problems in certain areas
riding clubs are no threat or dis-respect to 1%'ers but the word motrcycle club can be mistaken for turf invasion......ive seen it happen

It's not.
Call it a "Riding Club" and you'll be fine. Call it an MC and you will have problems.
The outlaw clubs do not recognize national borders.
