Words cannot describe my happiness.
All I can say is the the good Dr. did an outstanding job fixing me. Now it is up to me. He spent a fair amount (for a doctor) talking to me about PT. He said to stay away from strength training for now. Focus on flexibility first. When my right hand can move like my left then I can begin to work on strength training.
What sucks is that I can tell that this is not going to be comfortable. the tendons are very tight and I'm going to have to work very hard to stretch back out.
But no big deal. Pain is temporary and I can forget all about it once I'm back on the bike.
Oh, being able to type w/ both hands rocks.
I visit the Physical Therapy place tomorrow to begin torturing myself. Cant wait. I wish it was then now.
