I have a friend who wants to buy one of these. They changed them from last years model. Anyone out there have one of these? How are they on longer rides????????

From the reviews I've read a great bike just got alot better. Apparently many owners gave direct feedback on what needed improved and Kawasaki listened so the 08 model has some nice upgrades reflecting that.

I've been peeking at the KLR's as of late...............I'm hopeless when it come to bikes I guess.
Anyways, check out this KLR forum: KLR650.NET Forums - Your Kawasaki KLR650 Resource - Powered by vBulletin Their are quite a few guys on their with the new 08's................and a lot of positive feedback about them too.
