2 days later he goes back to same bank to exchange 10000 yen and receives $95.23
2 days later he goes back to same bank to exchange 10000 yen and receives $91.67
He asks, "why I come 3 times, exchange same amount but not get back same amount?"
Teller says "fluctuatians"
He replies "fluck you Canadians too!" and rushes out of the bank.
