I'll say em
I'm sorry for the loss of her life and the injury to the baby. All the facts have not come out yet only the word of one of those arrested on the scene. shame on her for having children in a situation like that, a house full of drugs. I'd not say she got what she deserved but if not for that, she'd be alive today! Period.

Tragic about the kid. Lima, Ohio's insurance company will write the baby daddy a ten million dollar check. As far as momma, she's a drug mule. Collateral damage.
We need a license to drive a moped, how about one to procreate. Mommy would HARD fail. I predict this thread will disappear faster than a Twinkie in ELR658's toolbox. |

Too bad people confuse the concept of "rights" vs. "privelage" when considering having a child, or six.
I feel for those kids, they get the short end of the stick, and have been put in a situation that they had no control in.

What the H E Double Hockey Sticks was he doing out of jail already in the first place? I hate how our prisons are filled with people smoking pot so that people who sell CRACK cocaine only serve minimal sentences.

Hmm lets run down the things wrong here:
1. Living in a house with 6 kids where drugs are being sold-FAIL 2. Having 6 kids by the time you are 26 - FAIL 3. Naming your child Sincere? - FAIL 4. Councilman owning the home where drugs WERE found but not beliving they were there. - FAIL Whole lot of fail there. Sure they probably did exactly what the SWAT team wanted and the po-po's just shot them for no reason...MMHmm. I wonder how many guns they had in that house? I wonder how many other adults were in the house? How many of them tried to dive out the back door or were reaching under pillows or chairs? Sorry she died but seriously if you make the choice to live that way ..well you die by your choices. I am sure she never said no to the drug money they were bringing in.

Reflexive fire is a training technique where you get 2 seconds to decide between threat and non threat. We dont have the facts as of now but i do believe that there could have been possible failure in the swat members tactics in the fact he winged the child. You have only a split moment decision and then a lifetime to go over that decision and until all the facts in the case are presented no one can say wether he was in the right or wrong in taking the shot.

Ditto on almost everything I ain't sorry she's dead. "...insurance company will write the baby daddy a ten million dollar check." sad but true. "Daddy" shouldn't get any compensation, he should be paying it. Too bad we can’t get the drug czars to put a sterilizer in the cocaine…

a tragedy, no doubt. But I'm reminded on a basic tenant that goes something like..."you reap what you sow".

I find it amazing that the family was p!ssed when the Judge didn't release the offender on PR. Exactly how much personal recognizance does a multiple offending drug dealer have?
He chose the life that put his and others lifes in danger of exactly what happened, why be upset when it does. I hope they put him away for life, and they better not let him near those kids again!! |
