Great Rich,

I used to fly out to San Diego quite often. I had to go to the Courthouse (I think that was what it was - had to get some government forms filled out)and while I was sitting waiting I noticed a huge circular desk area in the middle of the room with a huge sign above it that said "Register Aliases Here". It was a very busy desk. Curiosity finally got the best of me and I asked the clerk I was dealing with what the desk was for. He just looked at me like I was stupid and explained how you can use any (or as many) aliases as you want legally as long as they are registered!

He may have been giving me a line of BS, but then it was California so I took it as true.

Not 100% positive, but I think he's right.
As I understand it, you can ADD to your name any time you want and begin using it legally, but when you want to remove something from your name, there's a more lengthy process (but still not much harder than a marriage-related name change).

So I could legally change my name to "Rich Tyrone Pedro Xing Ivan Hans Guido Lockyer" simply by beginning to sign my name and identify myself as such.

I like it pretty thorough but probably full of loopholes or holes of some kind.

Any guesses as to which one of those is his real middle name? I'm going with Hans.
