Man, I'm in trouble! We live in a condo so there is no garden, can't paint the exterior, etc. I mean, I living room is a decent size so it's overwhelming--but if she wants me to move it into the office, I can do that. I know that in the end, she'll let me keep it.

Whoa! I have won the envy of The Chief! I feel pretty good about myself right now. I showed your picture to my wife once and she laughed because she said, "Hey, he looks like the Chief Tyrol from BSG", before I could even ask her who you resemble. So I'll tell her I have it on good authority that the video game is cool...then I'll probably end up moving into the office anyway.

Thanks, you know what the irony is? When we first moved into the condo we only had my 32" tube TV and she wanted to watch 24 in Hi-Def so she told me to pick a flatscreen and she paid for it. All because of a TV show...well, in addition to 24, she enjoys watching Dancing with the Farts, American Idol, Wheel and Jeopardy in HiDef. Women...there's no stopping them when they want something.

Roses...hmm...I'll think about that one. The game doesn't take quarters, it just has a one/two player buttons. What's cool is that the bottom part is actually storage space, the front face at the bottom is a door to a shelved cabinet. I put the CD books and the Wii/GameCube accessories in there. If that's not a selling point, what is?

lol have you told her about it yet? and if not and you carried neices and nephews to the mall and they was with you have they? i bet she knows about it lol put a piggy bank on top of it and put a quarter in it everytime you play it.... then when its full take her out to a good dinner etc....

You don't know these kids, they are way too smart for being 15, two of them 14 and one 12 (I think I said that he was eleven earlier in the thread); although they are all excited about the machine, they would rather be quiet about it just so they could see me get yelled at by their auntie because that would be more fun than just telling her...and then they can still play the machine after that.
