I wonder how many will actually try those things? My wife watches these judge shows and most who are in court seem more than stupid enough.

You know, I've never understood the whole toilette seat thing... Im a very considerate person and all but it would seem to me that if I have to lift the seat to go, the least someone else can do is put it down without *****ing about it. Its not that hard...

+1000 and it's less effort to lower than to raise. We have an agreement here. She won't leave it up and I won't leave it down. Works just fine.
