If you want to build credit, get one of the $200 limit creditcards. Buy something on it, and pay it off over two payments. Do it on occasion but pay it off relatively fast, then you are building your credit history off to a good start.

I'm hoping it will be and yes I have a job I've been there forever lol and I can't wait to get the bike. If he doesn't sell it by then...

Heh...same here...I grew up in Oklahoma...at the time we had screwy drinking laws...21 to drink if you where male...and 18 if you where female...So when I turned 18...they changed the law to 18 male and 18 female...Well that didn't go over well...so they changed the law to 21 male...21 female...heh...and I turned 21

Happy Birthday, and Congrats.....but, as others have replied you're kind of lucky you didn't get the loan....if you're worried about saving up $750, a loan payment might have been something you'd regret....If I could go back in time I would only pay cash for everything.

Get a low limit card to repeatedly pay off and build your credit....and start making payments to yourself until you can afford to buy the bike you really want...Once you start using credit it really snowballs, and it's hard to get on the right track....You have a perfect opportunity to start off on the right track.........Good Luck!
