Took some pics with new camera *NOT 56k FRIENDLY*

I took my new Panasonic camera to work with me today in the hopes I could take a few pics before and after work to see how well the camera works. So far so good. This is not a review but just posting a few of the pics taken with this camera. I hope to do a mini review at a later time after I've had a chance to use it more.

So far I like the results of the pics it takes. I want to try and take some video once the weather clears up. We're having storms roll through and tomorrow it's supposed to get nice. I'll try then and shoot some video.

I'm learning about using the different settings and have just begun to experiment. It's not ultra complicated but has more potential to take pics I'm not familiar with (settings wise).

Nice pics! That's the Panny TZ5, right? I like mine a lot. Crap, I was going to post some pics from mine for you in the other thread, wasn't I? I guess it's a moot point to do so now!

Yes it a "black" TZ5 and a little smaller than the Olympus C-7000 I'm use to but I like the layout of the buttons and the menu's. It's about as easy to use as any camera I've owned yet.

Please post some pics here or in the other thread if you like. I can't get enough viewing pleasure from the pics I've seen others posting.

Beautiful pictures! It's nice to slow down and enjoy the wonders sometime, huh!

Allow me to fix this...

These are from my trip to Pittsburgh in July to visit friends and to go to the Jimmy Buffett concert out there. I also went to a Bike Nite at the Quaker Steak and Lube in Cranberry, PA. Great time. Wish I took more pictures!

One of the girls at the beer tubs at the Bike Nite. Some dude dropped his head right into the picture just as I snapped it. I was booby blocked!

I was trying to be all ninja here, but I was caught. That's why this one is a bit blurry. Oh well!

This is a few buses down from our bus at the Buffett concert. I should have hung around this bus more, but I had beer to drink and Irish Carbomb shots to guzzle.
