Go to photobucket.com
create an account,
upload your pictures to the account.
Then click on the IMG Code box under the pic you want, it will copy the link.
Then paste the link into your post.

View your images and right-mouse click and select 'copy image location'.

Then, in the forum posting page click on the image that looks like a little mountain. That will prompt you to enter the image location.

or insert the image location between the image tags:

Code:
[!MG]http://www.picturehost.com/my_image.jpg[/!MG]
(you will need to replace the "!" with the letter "I".)

Start typing a new post...

If you already have your pics are uploaded to photobucket, there will be four image codes at the bottom... like this:

Just click in the bottom box (where it says IMG Code) and it will flash the word "copied" on the screen for a second... (or just highlight all that typewritten junk and right-click, then click "copy").

Go back to the message you are writing, then where ever you want to put your picture, right-click, then click "paste" and it will paste the IMG code in your message, which will then appear as a picture!

Hope that helps!

Not sure what I did wrong? I did it a different way earlier and it worked but not the way I wanted it to. Thumbnails not instant pics. I'm going to bed.

You're close!!! You're just clicking something a little wrong, maybe not copying/pasting quite right...

You have to copy EVERYTHING in the box beside the word IMG Code, and paste that into your message; the string of characters will start with:

[IMG]http:... and end with .jpg[/IMG]

Make sure the brackets are all there, at the beginning and end... very important. One missed bracket will screw it up. If you upload the picture directly to the forum server, you'll get a thumbnail instead... and will run out of storage space real quick!

This is what the string looks like for the picture I have posted below (I removed the brackets at the beginning and the end of the string for the sake of showing you what it looks like, otherwise it would post the picture instead of the characters!) This is what you will see in your message after you have pasted it, but once you POST it, the picture will appear!
