3 old bikers

3 old bikers had been riding together for decades. Every day that they could, they rode. One day, 1 of them didn't show up, so the others rode to his house. The missing member was very ill. Over the next few days, doctors visited and tests were run; his condition was diagnosed as terminal, with very little time left.

One of the remaining two bikers said to his old friend, "Charlie, somehow or another, you'll have to come back and tell us if they ride in Heaven."

A few days later, Charlie died. A few days after the funeral, the old biker was lying in bed. Suddenly there was an enormous clap of thunder, startling him awake. He heard the voice of his old departed friend, shouting, "Larry! Wake up! Wake up! It's me, Charlie!"

"I hear you, Charlie!" Larry replied.

"I have good news and bad news, Larry; the good news is, we do ride in Heaven! The roads are smooth, there's enough twisties to make it interesting, we never run out of gas, and the sun always shines."

"Charlie, that's fantastic! So what's the bad news?"

"You're scheduled to be Road Captain on Thursday's ride..

Nope, he had his fav food delivered, took an enjoyably long nap in the hammock, then sat with the dog on his lap and watched NASCAR. Then he went out and tore it up on the bike for a while.
