Default The last book you read, or what are you reading now?

Just a thought, on a rainy afternoon stuck here at work.

What is the last book you read, and/or what are you flipping through now?

The last book I read to completion was Herman Wouk's "Don't Stop The Carnival". A fantastic tale of a frazzled New York publicist looking for a way out of the rat race, the Caribbean resort he buys, and the troubles that ensue.

Right now, I am reading Jimmy Buffet's newest, "A Salty Piece Of Land" about a cowboy and his horse looking to escape to an Island Paradise.

I read constantly. Right now I'm rereading A Confederacy of Dunces, by John Kennedy Toole. A very funny book. I usually have several books going at once--fiction, nonfiction (I like history a lot), etc.

I'm working on Dreamcatcher by Stephen king. I think that this was also the last book I read...very cool, VERY involving book. The movie ****ed me off.

The book I read prior to that (or collection of books) was my hardback signed copy of The Dragon Riders of Pern...also a very good book/s.

Last book I read was R.A. Salvatore's second in the latest series of the Dark Elf.

Also reading 7 Habits for Highly Effective Families. And also, the Clymer manuals for the GPz750 and Ninja1000R.

Cool

Just finished Proficient Motorcycling, and I'm reading More Proficient Motorcycling. I also read about two or three magazines at any time. The last book I read before the motorcycle studies was Bias, by Bernard Goldberg.

I have several books in line to read in the future, but Curious George at the EasyRiders ride-in isn't one of them.

Forest, did the "7 Habits" book keep your attention? I have often thought about buying that one, but haven't.
