ks: You have put a lot of nice touches on your bike to make it distinctive. Having it de-badged gives it a clean, smooth look. The black edging looks great with the red. On my Silver/Blue 900, the chrome looked better than black. Best $15 I ever spent. Have had people ask me if that was done at the factory.

I've had a couple guys who have the same bike as I ask me the same thing. It's always a good chuckle when I tell 'em that it was fourteen bucks at Canadian Tire.
Of course, now 2 other guys have gone the same route, and my "individuality" is fading.. but they skipped the fenders, so I'm still ahead, lol.

I did the chrome edging, too. It's very subtle against the silver paint. I thought about doing the fenders too, but just haven't gotten around to it.
