Paint question

around how much would it costs to have the red 'washboard' and flames removed so the bike was almost solid white

it is mainly just the flames that bother me

edit-Seems this may be in the wrong section, If i mod would care to move it to the correct area and PM me it would be appreciated.

I'd be surprised if those flames weren't just decals that you could peel off, or are they under the clear coat?
