gutted exhaust throwing FI code???

i took the stock muffler off of my 05 636 and gutted it out and replaced the guts with a perforated pipe inside and fiberglass packing..... ( sounds good and is cheaper than a slip on ) and now my FI light is on..... i am guessing it needs to be remapped..... but im not sure...... will i need a power commander???

usually just replacing exhaust won't be reason to remap and/or a PC. There was most likely some type of sensor on the pipe. did that get connected back up?

I know there's a sensor for CO2 emmisions... or is it CO?

the only thing i disconnected was that valve just behind the muffler but it was just two cables no sensor...... but i am going to go connect it back and see what happens
