Default Playing in the shop ... again.

I love the new Kawasaki Teryx that I got from Jim & Lauri and decided to start making some goodies for it. This week will be building some bed rails for it from scrap metal laying around in the shop. Just used the chop saw to cut everything to length and the plasma cutter to notch the angle iron.

Materials:

1 1/4" angle iron
3/4" pipe

Will finish drilling clearance holes and weld it all together tomorrow.

Welded it all together and everything seems to fit.

Still need to do my metal prep and coat these things, but think they should work

Hmmmmm, Art, guess I got it all wrong. I don't own a Winnebago, don't play golf (never have), and don't wear short pants with or without black socks.

All of my socks are of one brand and white in color ... can't get them mixed up that way

Have the rails textured and they match the roll cage fairly well. Will bolt them down later after the temp drops below 100*
