Well, I'm "kinda" going to make it. Everyone backed out on the weekend ride idea I had. Seems they didn't want to spend the money to just spend one night there. However, my neighbor has been wanting to do an iron butt ride since he got his new k1200LT. We're going to leave by about 6 AM on Saturday and plan to have lunch in the Daytona area someplace. We're not sure but looking at the exit where rt 422 crosses 95. Edgewater??? I figured we'd ride east on 422 to A1A and then up to Daytona to ride through main st so he can see it. We'll stop someplace for lunch, then head back home.

Should be sometime in the 3 PM timeframe. If you have any suggestions on where to eat, I'm open to ideas.

Actually if you're going that way, you might want to get off at 421 then head east to A1A. Then head north on A1A for a couple of miles and you're there. So you're not going to join us at White Eagle?

Yeah, if you guys aren't gone by then. it will probably be 3 to 4 PM by the time we get there. I've got JCs number to call him.

Our plans are to go down to New Smyrna Beach, then up 1, ride through main st, then back to 1 and up past the HD dealer. We can ride on out to White Eagle before heading back north.

Yeah, sorry about missing you guys. The traffic in the area bogged us down. One of these days we'll make it work out!
