Shhhhh, I'm still buttering up the wife, it's a long slow and arduous process, with little chances of success, but I'm working on it.

We're all glad you made it home safe & sound. It's great you and Norm could make it. The scenery was fantastic especially the part after we missed that left turn.

I'm sure Alan and Julie appreciate the kind words ... they are richly deserved.

Okay, sorry I haven't chimed in here. I went directly to the family rebellion. Got home yesterday afternoon and it was hot and windy. Unpacked started my laundry. My kids were here and they invited some of their old high school buddies over for a barbeque. I made kicked up burgers and we sat on the patio with the wind blowing 35 to 40 mph. Good thing my patio is out of the wind. Got to bed about 10:30, I was beat.

I also want to add. If any of you ever get the chance to meet Alan and Julie, let me tell you, you are in for a treat. Two of the greatest people I have ever met. I am glad my life has taken me in their direction.

Alan and Julie Thank you so much for everything.

I agree, Norm! Both Alan and Julie are great people and friends. We are lucky to have them here on the forums!

I just now got online for the first time since yesterday morning. Thanks for the nice words, folks. I jut have to say that it's such a great pleasure to meet up with good friends from this forum. It feels to me like we're a big family here. It was a real pleasure to have Norm and Deron stay with us. Seeing them pull into the garage was a big thrill. And to finally get to meet Joe after all this time was awesome. Joe, you're even more fun in person than you are on the board, if that's possible. Tim and Jeanette seem like old friends now, as we've spent quite a bit of time together. And it was really fun to meet some new friends. And to hang out with that crazy Mayo again.

All in all, a wonderful weekend that ended all too soon. I'm glad we have Red Lodge to look forward to.

Now to get Alan's bike fixed. I told him to call the insurance company tomorrow and put some pressure on.

I have to admit I was really sore yesterday, though. Big fibromyalgia flareup. So I took it easy all day and am feeling better today. I need to get some long days of riding in between now and July so this won't happen to me during the Red Lodge trip.

Will do!

I'm going to encourage Alan to take my bike out one of these weekends, too. He'll need a fix.
