I needed new tires on the 1600 classic so I went on line to find some. After all my searching and price checking on line a friend told me to go to Magic Moto Sports at Dixie & Telagraph rd. The guy gave me a better price then the internet along with factory warranty. The service tech handles tire replacment so he only adds $30.00 to cost and sells them at a great price. He also installed and balanced the tire for $50.00 each on the bike. and if you need brake pads, it's only $10.00 labor per caliper.
The tech's name Is Jeff and he told me he would do this for any tire. I chose Avons Cobra Radials 180's on the rear and 150's on the front. what a nice riding tire, it's smooth and quite and cornors great. I can't wait to hit the road for a long ride.

So if any of you guys need tires check with Jeff before making any final decision.
248 332-2440 ask for Jeff tell him Steve Keith sent you.

BTW they saved me $70.00 over internet and over $260.00 from another dealiers quote.

I will probably call it off it its going to rain saturday. I work nights and getting up at 10 will be hard for me in the first place. I don't want to be miserable all day if it rains. Ecspecially if I work like I did last night, 16 hrs.

Looks like 70% chance rain in the forcast for tomarrow. So I guess it's a no go to Caseville.

Hey we are planing a ride around the thumb this Saturday. We are leaving at 8:00 am sharp from North Telegraph and Walton Blvd. If you or any of your friends want to go you are welcome to ride along. Fishman will be leading the ride.

I wish I could go but I work nights, and I probably won't be out of work until after 8 am.

That leaves me out then. I can't do any thing until 1:30 - 2:00 as you know, but it don't hurt to ask.

Derek, I would be interested in riding Sunday but I can't meet up with you until 2:00 and that is usually a little late for a ride. But riding is all I think about lately so I'll be going somewhere I'm sure.

I hated winter last year so bad I couldn't stand it the Doc had to put me on meds. I just wanted to be someplace where I could ride. So I promised myself I would try to make myself sick of riding this summer and see if this winter is any diffrent. So far it's like a drug and I havn't O.D. yet.

Ride Safe.

I have to work on my car Sunday, since Saturday we'll be out all day. If I finish early, I may want to join the Hines drive ride.

BTW, it's 19 miles one way and no faster than 40mph as the Wayne county sheriff deputies patrol it frequently and WILL pull you over. Going east to west will end up in Plymouth which is a nice town and few good places to eat.

Thanks Fishman, It's nice to know that someone out there feels my pain. But don't make them change their plans for me I'm headed your way after church Sunday.

Had a great time on the Trip around the Thumb or Trip Through the Thumb.
But when asked about all the yard sales along 24 Meanie had this to say.
