Hey all,
Anyone from the Charlotte area going to make the Keith Larson charity ride tomorrow? The ride is going to go to Kings Mountain and then back through SC. Wendy, are you and your husband going to make it?

My mom said she'd watch the kids so I think we are going. I don't have any rain gear but if it just continues to sprinkle, I should be ok.

Matthews Fun Machines just said it would go from WBT to Matthews FM. I didn't realize it was actually as long as it is. Should be fun.

Keith Larson | Keith Larson’s Charity Ride for the Kids Did you register? The wife is also going to ride with me. It's not supposed to rain tomorrow!

We registered yesterday afternoon. Rain is all gone from the forecast. I was debating whether to go 2 up or ride my own. Without the rain I think I'll ride. Either way, we'll be there. See ya there.

The ride was fun. A little slow at times. Having a police escort rocked! Those moto cops were working hard. I did notice when we passed through SC (these were NC cops), they didn't use their lights or their sirens, maybe they can't outside of their state. What really sucked is I brought my camera and the memory card wasn't in it. Arrrggghhh. There were some really cool bikes too. I think we had over 200 bikes in the ride.
