Default Group Ride Today *Will Post Pics*

Hi All,

As some of you already know I found a group of friendly riders here locally made up of college students and staff employee's at WSU and today we are meeting at 11:00 to go on a nice long ride. Not sure how many will show up so will post that information after the ride. I'll be sure to take some pictures and brief description of the route we take and stops we make. I hope others who are riding today have a safe and enjoyable time.

12. The repair job gone bad (steel epoxy made it 150 miles):

13. A web photo of part of the Rattlesnake Grade:

The route was about 150 miles total and we were able to enjoy 3 seperate spiral grades that allowed for a lot of twisties. The Rattlesnake Grade has 180 turns in it and as you leave that grade and head up toward Joseph Oregon you climb another grade (didn't hear a name for it) it has 80 turns in it. The Rattlesnake Grade is not for the squeemish and I did drag my floorboards a few times in the hair pin turns. Going over the edge there is probably not something you would recover from! A very pleasant ride for sure and one I would recommend for patient...careful...and more experienced riders.

I was thinking of you two when we were riding that grade and wondering if that type of ride would suit you. I'd enjoy doing it again.
