Well honestly, he could ride the skateboard while grabbing onto the backrest behind Lynn, Back to the Future style and all. Not sure how the wheels on that skateboard would hold up all the way to Red Lodge...

If I had a skateboard I would mount some Goodyear Triple Treads on it also

Isn't it about time to start the new RL 2010 thread?

Got 9,000 miles on that GY and it looks as good now as it did when I first put it on. This tire will probably run out around 35,000 miles ... try that with the Bridgejunk or Metzler

The stragglers have arrived safely at home.
We just pulled in about an hour ago. We're a little tired, hungry, but none the worse for wear.
We had a great time seing all of you crazy fools in RL. It was certainly a highlight of our 2 weeks on the road. Oregon was fantastic (as usual). We parked our weary butts in a KOA Kabin for 8 nights, hung out, and re-charged. The weather was co-operative, if not a bit on the cold side. (Which, as it turns out was a blessing in disguise, as we have returned to a 110+ heatwave in the Okanagan.

We'll get some pictures loaded here over the next few days.
It is good to be home.

Ciao for now.

well, my vacation is almost officially complete. arrived in PA about an hour ago and got the bike loaded into the trailer. gonna put the small trailer in the back of my truck, probably in the morning. figure it would be good to leave it here while i go round up some grub. so, my trip should "officially" be over some time tomorrow afternoon when the Meanie and trailer return home.

Well, there it is. You've set a new record for speed. You were so fast that you made it home before the bike and trailer and you had to go back for them.

Alls well that ends well! Now on to planning Red Lodge 2010~. I understand that the tentitive dates are the same as for 2009.

Get your reservations while they last. and then theres the packing, and load list, and map trip ticks, Oh yeah don't wwant to forget my toothbrush either.

Can you tell that I am retired?? Two years and counting and no one has successfully tried to kill me yet!
