Yes, I have a tank bag and a hydration thing that works great. We are looking at 105 on Tuesday for the first hour of our ride. We have cooling vests too!

We have tossed ours into the freezer and they have worked well. Kept you a little cooler, a little longer. We just put them in the freezer about an hour before leaving.

Ours had some wierd water obsorbing beads in them ... don't know what yours has.
