Help me find a decent perforated leather jacket

Any thoughts on a good summer perforated leather jacket that won't break the bank? Most of the ones I've found are $300+, which is beyond what I can stomach for any jacket.

I've got a Joe Rocket full leather jacket and perforated pants that I like. I don't have a perforated jacket from them, however. Their stuff is usually decently priced.

One thing I hate is the snaps for the elbow adjustment, however. I've had them break on me during normal wear and I don't trust them to stay snapped in a fall.

A problem I have with some of the big brand names like Joe Rocket is that they tend to plaster their name all over the jacket. I'm the understated type, so I don't want to see the name in big bold letters across my chest or down my arms.

This Joe Rocket has two small patches, one on each arm, and that's all.

I seee that Icon is making there Accelerant jacket in perforated leather now. It says Icon across the chest but not very big or bold or anything. I really like it alot but am unsure on the price but I dont think it is much more than $300.

A good leather jacket will last a long time so it ='s value. I have leather jackets that are over twenty years old still in good shape except for the style but they wear fine in the garage. Had a nice split cowhide about thirty years old shepherds style weighted a ton, before thinsulate, donated that to the homeless shelter should keep some stew bum warm.

I went on Icons site and the Accelerant perforated has an alloy back hump type protector plus I think additional back paddin and an option CE armor for the back.

I went to a dealer today and tried the SCORPION STINGER. Nice leather jacket but kind of "racing" style. The sleeves are tight and the jacket is rather small for the size. I usually wear Large but need a X-Large STINGER jacket. Quality is outstanding ! But $369 plus tax ! I ended up buying a SCORPION mesh jacket with 2 extra liners, which can be removed. Beware of the $99 leather jacket deals !!!

I have found the same with Icon - their sizing runs small, and I need to go up to the next size compared to their charts. Great product though - very cool stuff.

Yep, plenty of good deals out there. Just keep an eye out for the sales and the clearance department items.
