Default Operating Helmet Strap with Gloves

So .. I'm not talented enough to loop the helmet strap with my gloves on. So I made this little mod for my helmet:

I am sure opinions will differ on this, but IMHO there is no way that can be as secure as the straps and metal. My dogs have collars with those and they pop off, been plastic and not locked. This could cause your helmet to come off in case of an accident, which in turn negates the whole reason to wear one.

I strap mine on before putting on the gloves.

Same here. I have an order in which I put things on...and gloves go on after the helmet.

I put some of those on my helmet, but for me it was uncomfortable so I removed it. Always put the gloves on last...LOL

Er, what? I don't hear anyone getting upset here. They're just telling the guy that setup might not be too secure. Personally, I agree. Those buckles can and do break.

It was just a preemptive strike against the bashers to come.

I know they break, and the metal ones suggested work much better. No point in wearing a helmet if you don't have it properly strapped on.

I'm not sure anyone is - fingered gloves.

MHO = I stick with the secure metal rings & to remember the gear-up order.
