If you can afford the additional coinage, go with a Zumo. Made for bikes, left hand controls, has bluetooth capability to hear over a helmet headset, allows for multiple stops on trip routes, etc.

Only drawback is no sound from it unless it's in a powered cradle. Other than that, I'm a happy camper with mine. I had a nuvi 360 that I unfortunately blew up with a power spike.

Oh, yea, speaking of which - make sure you use the proper cable to hookup the GPS to the bike. Spend the $24 bucks or whatever it is - there's a transformer/circuit board thingie (that a tech term) in most that brings the voltage from 12v to 5v - and that's the way to a non-fried device....

Ram-Mounts are the way to mount them to the bike - can get them at some internet bike shops and direct from RAM. If the nuvi 200 fits a 360 cradle, I'll make you a good deal on one.....

+1

Nuvi is a good unit for cages, but that series lacks features that make it good for using on a bike.
I don't know about the 200, but my 660 does not allow for me to load my own routes into it, and I can only load destination and ONE via point.
It really is worthless on the road other than getting from point a to point b as quickly as possible, or for getting me home if I'm lost.
It will not allow taking a sweet canyon instead of the freeway... and it I try, it'll try to reroute me back to the freeway as quickly as possible.

BTW: Zumo 450 can be had for around $300.
