![]() Up for sale is my 2006 Honda Rebel. This bike is in immaculate condition and has been stored indoors for its entire life. It has less than two thousand miles, just 1586.9 original miles of mostly rural highway riding- less than 50 miles of Interstate riding. It has had three oil changes, one by the original owner at 300 miles, one at the local dealer at 600 miles (along with the standard 600 mile initial service), and one when it was winterized last November. This bike has been pampered and kept like new. This bike has been set up as a light touring machine. The list of after-market modifications is extensive: National Cycle Dakota Windshield National Cycle sissy bar* National Cycle saddle bag supports Willie and Max Studded Gray Thunder saddle bags Willie and Max Studded Gray Thunder sissy bar bag* Leather tank bib Iron Pony handlebar bag Highway alligator pegs In-line fuel filter Fiam horn Turn signal beeper Rear Brake pedal cover Chromed “Crown” valve stem covers Throttle Rocker cramp buster Cover *Installed after photo was taken, photo available on request The Rebel is a great beginner motorcycle, and yet it is fully capable of being a daily bike for smaller riders such as many of the ladies. I am 5’8” and 170 lbs. and this bike is a good fit for me. I have made several trips of 3-5 hours on it with no problem, and it will do 70+ mph. Some Rebel owners ride on the Interstate regularly, but this bike really shines for enjoying the scenic back roads and byways at 55 mph or so. It gets around 60-70 miles per gallon and does approximately 150 miles before hitting the reserve, so it is also outstanding for work commutes and errands around town. I was just at the International Motorcycle Show in Cleveland, Ohio and saw an identical 2006 Rebel at a dealer’s display. His bike had 1500 miles on it and it was plain stock: No bags, no shield, no anything. He had it listed for $3200.00. My local dealer has stock 2009 Rebels (no accessories) for $3399.00 and this does not include freight, dealer prep, etc. You can ride away on this fully equipped bike for less than 3K. Even a moderate rider will put 1500 miles on a bike in a season, so that new Rebel will be just like mine soon… but without any gear and for a lot more money. You won’t find a nicer looking, better kept Rebel anywhere. Price: $2900.00 Terms: Cash or Paypal, local pickup in central Ohio. I will try to work with you for pickup arrangements but no shipping. Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for looking. |

I am interested in your 2006 Honda Rebel. Please let me know if it is still available. I live in Nebraska, so would need to plan to drive and pick up the bike. Thank you!
