Sputtering Problem...

I just bought a 1980 LTD KZ750 H with 9,500 miles on it. It idles good, not sure what RPM's it's idling at because it needs a new tach cable. Anyway, when I first take off it sputters until about 17mph then it will kick in and run fine through the gears once cruising it will cut out for a split second once in a while but it's hardly even noticeable. I have new NGK plugs, running premium gas with gumout carb cleaner. It seems to be getting a little better so I'm thinking that just one of the carbs is probably not getting enough gas due to being dirty. But was wondering if anyone could think of anything else.
