Stargate suggested blowing cool air over the igniter the next time it dies. You can do that with one of the cans of air to clean keyboards. It would cool off pretty quick, and let you get home if the igniter was heating up

i checked the coil without the caps and its a nice 11.4 and now i have done the coil mod. i will post updates within a day or two to let everyone know how the GM Ignition mod goes..
