need help q

[78 kx 750]

I just bought a 1978 kz 750
the bike has no title. i called dps and ran the vin and there was bothing on it in the last 25 years. they said i needed 3 appraisels to get the title. i can not find any one to do the appraisel in houston tx.
if anybody knowssome one i wouold like some contact info
