Default KZ 750 year ?????? Hello I need extreme HELP

Sup New Brothers and Sisters .. I recently inherited a KZ 750 year ?????? its older cuz it has spoked rims and the air box looks like a SleeStack from Land of the Lost .. My guess would be around the late 70's or so ..Its a total basketcase and am awaken by it for some reason.. I know my way around a tool box and got down on some weld'n.. But have absolutely no Idea where to start.. 1st off I dont have alot of extra $$$ so most all of this build will have to be done with used parts. 2nd it does'nt run on the right side of the motor someone (grandpa) "Broke Off" a spark plug in the block. Now is there a "Trick" to backing that out or am I gunna have to take off the head and go at it like that?? Im startin with the engen first and working my way to the back.. I have a tub of parts that came with the bike. I will be "picking" everyone for knowledge and all advice is appreciated..

I'd look in this section of the site for starters:

Maybe they can give you a good idea which way to go with the new bike. Welcome to the site! I can now say I've finally spoken with a chupacabra

As far as the spark plug, if there's something for it to bite into, you might be able to crank it out with a flat head screw driver.

Howdy, and welcome to the forum.

I've moved your thread to the appropriate area, and added your bike's model to your title. Hopefully this helps.

Best of luck.

Howdy Chewy, Welcome to the Vintage Bike Section! Hope youll accept advice from "grampas" because there are many who (haunt) the Vintage Section sharing "experience" with the "young and dumb", its what we live for, LOL! Now then, is the plugs steel collar twisted off flush with the head? If so start soaking everything with penetrating oil and I mean everything on top of the head and spray down the carbs and intake manifold screws down into the open plug hole too if its out. Let that stuff do its thing while you answer a few questions. If you havent ordered a "Service Manual" yet, do so, your going to need one! Look carefully around the front fork neck for a VIN tag and post the date and number on that tag (if its still there) and the engine ID number located on the crankcase near the oil fill cap. And is there any portion of the broken plug sticking up beyond flush with the top of the head? Spray the cam chain tensioner down with penetrating oil too because if that broken plug is flush with the head your looking at pulling the head after the plug is removed to clean out any porcelain and debris that will enter the cylinder during the removal procedure. Wet everything down, get those numbers and post your answers. Good Luck!
