basically you will need more load to get the flasher to work right.
Or else replace rthe flasher with one meant for just half the load, since effectively that waht you will have taking off the front signals.

What about if I connected the 2 front wires to each other. would that pass the load from the front to the reae just as if the front signal was still installed.

or

Re-routing the front wiring to the rear and then I would have running lights and signal in the rear?

I'd suggest getting a newer electronic flasher, most of them will work regardless of the number of light bulbs in the circuit.

All I see from connecting the circuits together would probably be blown fuses.

For running lights, you'd have to have dual filiment bulbs and a power source like the front signals have. Most Kawasaki's use this color code for electrical circuits:

RED, running or tail light circuit.
BLUE(sometimes with a RED stripe) the brake light circuit.
BLACK with YELLOW stripe, the ground circuit.
