KZ250 LTD - Price?

I am asking this for my Dad. He found an early 80's KZ250 LTD bike for sale. It is in mint condition with only 900 miles and always garage kept. They have a price of $900 on it.

Is this a good deal?

Where I'm located, that would be a good buy. There aren't alot of older bikes to choose from, and next to no smaller street bikes. There are places to check blue book prices such as NADA and Kelley Blue Book, but remember that they are just a guide and usually go by recorded sales. Since there are very few sales on 25 year old bike's they can be off by several hundred dollars. The final answer depends on what your dad would be willing to pay, and, if he passes it up, could he find another for the same price.
