Default List of tools from the factory tool pouch?

All three bikes I picked up did not have the factory tool pouch or any of the tools. Does anyone have a list of what tools were included from the factory with KZ550 LTD bikes? I'd like to put together a simple tool kit to stash in the factory spot under the seat in case I had a problem while out riding.

Hey is that your bagged Focus on that website (or was that actually)? I've seen it on focusfanatics.com.

As far as the toolkit goes, check out www.buykawasaki.com . Go to the "owners info" then "parts diagrams" and surf to your bike, then go to the parts diagrams link. the list of tools that came with your bike is in there, it even has pictures.

Yep, that was my baby until the wife made me decide between the Focus & my 'bagged Nissan Hardbody. I sold the Focus to pay off some bills & begin working on the Nissan once again. It was a nice car. The "kid" who has it now has beaten the crap out of it. Oh well... I missed my truck anyways.

BTW, thanks for the info on the tool kit.

Ok, got on their site today & found all the tools that would have come from the factory in '81. Thanks! It was listed under "Owner Tools".

I still have the original tool kit with my 1983 KZ550LTD which may be a little different from yours but contains the following:
Small pair of slip joint pliers, 12mm spark plug socket & rod, screwdriver with 1 slot & 2 phillips tips, tire pressure gauge, 10, 12, 14, & 17mm double end open end wrenches, and 2 spare 5 mm capscrews. It is all contained in a el cheapo plastic case!
Good luck with your bikes.

I'm watching a couple of auctions on eBay. One is a 650LTD which should be basically the same size/used tools as my 550LTD.
