If you need slide diaphragms for your constant velocity carbs:

NRP motorcycle carburettor repair specialist

Essentially, they take your old core slide pistons and fit new rubber diaphragms to them if you are uncomfortable about doing this job yourself. Tell Andy, the owner, I sent you. They are fairly reasonable and when I find myself needing a new diaphragm that I can't buy directly from my suppliers or is not available, I turn to NRP. Their shipping is quick and reasonable. Unfortunately, the US $ has slipped against almost all the major currencies so it makes dealing with overseas companies more expensive than it used to be but their prices are still reasonable! wg

Does anyone know of a place that sales remanufactured or good used engines... the whole thing with or with out carb would be ok. I need to either rebuild or replace the engine in my kz1000p (kz 1000J engine). Thanks.

Default Replacement seat covers

Hey guys, If your kawasaki seat cover is in disrepair I found a website that has replacement seat covers and you can order in different colors if you are customizing your ride. The link is Motorcycle Seat Covers by B & H Specialties

cyclepartsnation.com has complete parts breakdown with part numbers.
Have not ordered anything from them yet so cannot verify if the are worthy of our business.

Z1 has theme for the civilian version I think but not the police version. I don't know if there interchangeable or not... differant part numbers... but that doesn't mean much though. I can get the individual parts at some of the other places... I don't know what would most likely need to be changed or what wares out most easially, the manual doesn't go that far indepth...

Default parts

just went to
www.bikebandit.com
and found the oil and air filters that I needed. They have drawings so you know exactly what you need. They had live help to place the order and the lady that I got was great. I recommend this site!

They're constantly updating the site at Z1 Enterprises to add new products.
If you don't see something listed, just give Jeff or his son a call and tell them what you're in need of. Chances are they can get it for you, and probably for quite a bit cheaper than from a dealership!
