1967 C2SS Roadrunner 120cc

did some one tell you its a 4 speed rotary shift? when you hit 4th and push down on the shifter. next is neutral and the it starts all over agane 1st 2nd 3td 4th neutral 1st 2nd 3rd 4th or you shift up from neutral its in 4th. i dont know why they made it that way. thanks Bob

One stumbling block I have already is the kawasaki.com site doesn't list an OS piston and rings, so I don't really know what to do there. I've taken the cyc block off and the piston and the cyclinder wall have some "cooking", so I do need to do something.

Does anyone know an expert that could help me determine if it's possible to use a piston and rings from another Kawi model (say from a KE125) as a replacement?

parts from a kaw d1 from 1966-69 will fit the c2ss(same motor)
