Best place to sell collector

Where is the best place to advertise for sale a very nice classic bike.
This very nice 1980 KZ750LTD only has 12,500 miles on it and is all original. Needs to go to a good home that appreciates classic bikes. So where do I find those people?

Sounds like my 82. Not for sale. Very nice old bike. Why sell it? How much are you asking? Too far away for me. You could try EBay.

No room in the garage. Bought a new V-Strom, something has to go. It's a very nice bike.

I'd say ebay motors gets you the widest exposure. I've purchased 3 bikes off of ebay motors, they were 600, 500, and 300 miles away. Craigslist will get your a local buyer, but until craigslist implements good regional searches, you're shutting yourself off from neighboring areas. Collectors groups and forums like this one are other good places to advertise. I see you've listed it here. You need to post pictures to make the ad effective!

I ve bought several bikes off Ebay. Post lots of pics, and a good thorough description. If youre new to ebay, like 0 feedbacks, you ll have a hard time selling. I never buy anything from 0 people, they are 99 % scammers.

Craiglist is free, but youre listings will go to the bottom of the list real quick.

Cycle trader has Loads of listings, its kinda hard to search , becasue so many dealers wont put a price and it clogs up listings.

Id go to Ebay, and buy a few things to get your feedback score up.

KZ Rider.com has a classified section. That is where it will go to a loving home.

Personnally I'd keep the KZ and kick the V-strom to the curb.
