Default Aftermarket rim possibilities (other than lester?)

I was having this bench building chopper discussion today with my homeys that are helping me with the Z1 assembly.

We were talking about aftermarket rims other than the lesters, and if anything would swap.

We understand that a certain width size limitation because of lining up the sprockets- is there anyway to move the gearbox side of the sprocket out so a very wide tire could fit with an aftermarket swing arm?

Then, if those two standards are met, now we have to match the mags front to rear.

So is there a bike rim in production that we could take from a donor bike perhaps?

I hope I am being clear on this question-

We want to make a Z1 Cruiser/Chopper, but want to get some real meat on the back with as little as modification to the frame as possible, using perhaps the aftermarket aluminum swing arms to get a real fat tire back there!
