Will 1974 Honda MT250 Stator fit...

I have been looking for a cheaper stator for my 1973 kawasaki f11 250 and then I came across this Honda MT250 stator for only $50! It looks very much the same but I'm not sure if it will fit. I would rather have a $50 used one than a $350 new one..

If this is a stupid question, please somebody tell me, I'm not too familiar with this kind of stuff and it's all a learning experience so far.

The mounting hole spacing, the output of the stator, and the clearance between the rotating magnet all have to be factored in when using a part from another bike.

Wires can be spliced to fit, but the output has to be compatable with the electrical requirements of the new system. How would it interract with the voltage regulator/rectifier?(if any).

Researching this may require someone with the knowledge of both Honda and Kawasaki electrical requirements.
