Does anyone know what causes a bike to backfire? Mine tends to do it a lot at low speeds (<40mph) when I am not accelerating. Is it caused by too much gas? I was reading another post somewhere where someone said it could be caused by a weak spark. Thanks!

Well, I just rebuilt my motor on my 1980 KZ440 LTD because the balancer shaft siezed. I did everything to specs from the manual. It ran fine until the shaft siezed.Now I can't get it to start. Hi all, Can anyone give me an idea of what options I have for an oil filter for my 1982 KZ250? I know the Fram number is CH6069 and K & N number is KN125. Of course, WalMart doesn't carry those numbers or brand. Any suggestions for a WalMart filter that might work? Thanks, John
