Smile Snapped a few picturse on a morning ride

Thursdays are my day stuck in the store, so Thursdays have become my Pre-Work Ride Day.

This morning I heade out about 7:30 and went for a leisurely spin up Hwy 97 following Okanagan Lake. Bon Jovi was my musical riding partner for this trip, the weather was good, and it was the perfect (well, 2nd most perfect )start to the day.

Wow, Carlo. It's so gorgeous there. The vineyards remind me of scenes from Switzerland or France. The bike's not bad, either.

I like the angle of that last shot. You're a really good photographer!

tho i agree the last shot has a certain feel to it, a good 35mm film shot with the bike in focus and the barn just out of focus woulda made it really keen

yeah, thats my thinking as I have camping to attend to as well

oh btw, we are camping next week at fort warden state park, a sister coastal defense gunnary fort to the one I posted about before and is where an officer and a gentleman was filmed staring Richard "beefcake" geere or whatever

I got looking at those pictures again, and the ones of the lake with the vineyards growing next to it look just like Lake Geneva.

jealous? of me? Certainly shouldn't be, I'll snap a few photos this January and send them to you. You'll change your mind then.

Great pics and beautiful scenery Trike! Love you bike too. Noticed you have a pretty short shield on her. Just curious, do you get a lot of wind buffeting at your helmet level on the highway with the short shield? I have two sizes of shields and prefer the shortest, but it is the most turbulent.

I don't care for the tall shields, and I don't mind the wind in my face. I've had her at about 140km/h without any real wind issues.
