i stopped naming modes of transport when i had my first car Roxanne when i was 18 (1984 red mazda rx7) and totalled the hell out of it. I thought it would be funny to paint Redneck Rocket on my zx6r though since i live in smallville hicktown.

Well I Decided on "The Hellion" for the Eliminator, and "Trouble" for the KZ1100 and am thinking the 1100 Spectre looks like a "Hooligan" but not for sure yet LOL

I had a bro at one rally that rode Kawasaki and he always refered to it as "the kaw" and i was like hmmm so when I got mine I named it "PHAT KAW". Instead of goin with the "more chrome!!" philosophy of the bike, I took the side covers and had "PHAT KAW" air-brushed on them with a sparkly white, made for a real conversation piece.

I used to call my zx11 "slobber bob" because it leaked oil. Now that its being rebuilt, Ill call her "Icey Hot" because the Ice Im having airbrushed on her is going to be HOT!! lol

"THE BLACK PEARL"

we did a 9 stage paint job in my v2k,
1 black base
2 blue pearl ( very heavy for color change) in clear
3 black in next layer of clear
4 added flames in copper and candy hues
5 added red pearl
6 added purple pearl
7 added more blue and purple pearl
8 plain clear
9 plain clear

when in direct sunlight it is black,everywhere else it is blueish/redish/purplish with all kinds of color changes from the flames. i am in the process of getting the ship airbrushed on the rear fender,davey jones on the tank,barbosa and his monkey on the air breather and jack sparrow on the coil cover,she is truely gonna be a work of art.....
