Thumbs up

Nice ride. If this is your first, I would recommend taking a MSF course. Ride safe and smart, you always having to be thinking "What If?". This has helped me survive many close calls. Welcome to the forum.

Hey man, I love those dual exhausts. I have an '02 9R. They look so much better with the stock mirrors gone don't they? hehe. Check these mirrors out though man. Even though your ride looks like a tricked out racer you'll wanna see whats behind you. I have a pair on order for mine. I've riden without the mirrors at all and it kinda sucks weaving through traffic without being able to see whats behind ya. I don't always trust the guys I ride with either so I like to make sure they aren't riding up my tail pipe.

The bar end mirrors will also give you a better view of the road behind you than the stock ones especially since you are about the same size as me.

Oh yeah, and careful on the throttle man, especially since this is your first bike. These things have some monster torque. You'll love the great ergos on it though, you'll be able to out last your friends on smaller sport bikes for hours.

that sounds like an awesome price. are you having problems with them in particular ? i noticed their ad in a magazine and the prices seemed good. let us know how there were to deal with, if you could.
