Svetlana, keep those horses under control, remember one step at a time, i would hate to see you get hurt. i know what you are feeling, it's almost arousing, but we must obey the gods of wisdom, eassy,,,eassy,, remember! if you want get to be an old person?? you must ride like an old person, have fun, enjoy the addrenaline, but go really slow,,,really slow,, BTW, have you taken any MSF courses??

Theres a time and place for everything.
I had a 94 ZX11 when i was younger.I touched 167mph with that bike on the highway once. Then figured i was to Irish to be play'n with fate that way.So i sold it.After some years and many different style bikes i picked up an 03 ZX12R.Ride'n with a friend on a open two lane 55mph limit road,i cracked it and held 170mph for awhile, well i seemed like forever,it was like 8 miles.
That made me start to rethink my ride'n career, maybe i'm just get'n old.
What i did was realize that it isn't how fast you go but how well you ride.
I kept my curizers, and dual sports, and revamped my sport bike collection.Got rid of the monsters and consitrated on handle'n and road quility.I have alot more fun ride'n my ZZR6 and my Buell M2 to real life speeds and condisions.
Its not about how fast i went its about how big a smile i have!
The look of fear of death was getting old.

oooh! we are not old, just ripe!!: it's just that when you have put a bike down, you hate to see it happen to anyone. and we all know that "joy like" feeling when you twist that throttle, scary,,,scary,,, but goooood!! at my "old" age i enjoy my 1500 nomad much more, it's powerful. and serene,,,and you can do 85 miles an hour (if you dare)all day long with no worries, just pure enjoyment!!

ride safely

A motorcycle is hard to detect speed on right? Lazer has to be bounced off of a metallic surface right? So really the only way is to use radar but, if a person is going 130 plus it might be hard to get or even see the reading..... Please let me know if I am wrong, cause I would like to know just how motorcyclists get caught speeding and if the police are accurate?

Nope, all of their equipment works for bikes.
