Put some straight pipes on that 500. I put some megaphones w/o baffles on my 400 and I was very suprised by how loud it is.

Pennies. That's what some of my cruizin' friends use. Pennies or roofing nails. The pennies will wake 'em up, but hte roofing nails leave potential road hazards for all, not just the buffoons.

I swear, though, the more I see (like the 1988 Lincoln that almost went up my rear the other day in a school zone, then looked at me like I was crazy for following the speed limit), the more I am gaining a liking to that little Sig Sauer 225 I saw the other day. Figure that little gem, tucked into a Pistol Pete jacket, could even the odds a little.

And I'm a pretty passive person. Just have my limits, that's all.

But guys, there is one thing to remember, that person who is driving a 5000 lb vehicle may also retaliate, and what they might use is the vehicle, 5000lb car vs. 800 lb motorcycle, who wins, so yes it is frustrating when things happen to us on the hiway which we have no control over, and I have also wanted to do damage to the object or person that have put me in danger, but cooler heads prevailed and I lived to ride another day, anyway just my thoughts on this .
