2004 metallic royal blue Classic with red accents here. Most reliable bike I've ever had, and I've owned a few over the last 46 years. It's fairly simple and straightforward to work on, luckily for me. No one else has ever worked on it. (I'm not a true expert like sfair, ha). Not the best bike for long interstate trips, but it's just the thing for secondary or back roads. Solid bike with no handling vices. Welcome.

I agree with fritzi that it's not the best bike for long interstate trips. But that didn't stop me from riding from Ontario to Sturgis and back a few years ago. Coming home we booted it across Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania and lastly New York before crossing the border. I rode with some big bikes and kept up okay but I would have much preferred to be on my big Harley which I bought a few years after that trip.
