2007 Vulcan 900 won’t start

Hi, I have a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 classic. I’ve been trying to figure out my starting issue for about a week now. I have replaced: battery, starter relay, starter. When I had original relay in, it would click loudly, however my light tester still said there was a bit of power going to the starter side of relay. When my new relay is in there no power is being transferred towards the starter. When I try to start my bike, it makes the electrical buzzing sound like when you first turn the key on, if I hold the start switch down, the fi light starts to blink (if that’s helpful at all). I don’t have a meter, only a test light. There is also a clicking sound coming from the box to the left of the relay with 3 plugs going into it.

Can you post me a link to your meter as the #'s that you gave are for a very wide variety of meters.
I need to know meter so that I can give specific instructions on what to do.

OK, good.

1. Set meter to DCV - 20.
2. Red meter lead to battery positive.
2. Black meter lead to battery negative.
4. Take reading.
5. Turn on key and take another reading.
6. Leave key on for 5 minutes and then take another reading.
7. Turn off key, wait 5 minutes and take another reading.

Post back with 4 readings.
